Off Road Shootout returns to Lucas Oil Speedway this weekend

By Lyndal Scranton (Wheatland, MO) -- Fans have waited two years for off road racing to return. That wait ends this week with the 3rd annual Lucas Oil Off Road Shootout Presented by General Tire, Friday through Sunday on the Lucas Oil Speedway Off Road course.

The world’s top off-road short course drivers converge on south-central Missouri for three rounds of racing with action in eight divisions. It’s the first visit for the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series since 2018 as last year’s action was canceled due to storm damage to the off road grandstands.

There also are 25 individual “Eye In the Sky” seats per day available, at $70 per day, $140 for two days or $210 for all three days with two drink tickets and catered lunch included.
